At Lost Golf Balls we strongly believe that our customers come first and we attempt to make sure our customers are happy with every order.
We back-up the quality and consistency of our products with an industry leading 14 day free returns policy on any order up to 100 golf balls.
This means you may return your undamaged products within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund.
We do not accept partial returns.
We do not refund shipping charges.
Orders of over 100 golf balls we do not provide free returns on and are excluded from this policy.
Orders which have been delivered for longer than 14 days we do not provide free returns for.
In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the process you must follow is:
Contact us by email at admin (at) lostgolfballs.com.au providing your order number, date of order and delivery name
Advise us the reason you wish to return the product
Ensure goods are in their original packaging/netting and not opened
Ensure goods have not been used or damaged in anyway
Provide us photos of the above for our initial visual inspection
If the goods have not been used or damaged at all and if you wish, we will send you a fully paid return shipping label from Australia Post.
You must print this label and attach it to the original bag. You must ensure to cross out the original shipping label and address details with a Nikko or Sharpie pen (this is to ensure Australia Post staff do not mistakenly see this information.)
You must lodge this over the counter at an Australia Post outlet, ensuring to get a “lodged” scan from the attendant, this will ensure the golf balls are insured on their return transit to us.
Once you have been provided the shipping label you must ship the goods back to us within 5 business days. If you do not ship the goods within 5 business days Lost Golf Balls may cancel the return shipping label.
Once the items are back in our warehouse, you will receive the full refund within 14 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. In the event that there are obvious signs of use or the products have been marked in anyway, our product team reserves the right to contact you and decline the refund.
With this in mind, please ensure all products are in the exact state they have been provided to you. Do not place pen markings, stamps, logo’s or anything similar on the golf balls.
